1. How long are shipping times?
Your products will ship within 5 business days of ordering. Transit times can vary and have been running longer due to Covid-19.
2. What is your return policy?
We offer a 15 return policy on non-custom printed items. If you receive something that you decide you do not like, doesn't fit, or you no longer need, simply contact us and we will proceed with the return process. Unfortunately, all sales are final on custom printed items.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order. Unfortunately, custom printed items are non-cancellable.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll begin the returns process including issuing a refund.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you what you ordered.
